It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details of the estimate are accurate prior to approving their order. Any changes including quantity, color, size, shipping address, etc. can only be made before the order is approved by the client.
Once an order is approved, it is considered final. No cancellations, modifications, or returns are allowed without prior written approval from ELM’s CEO or Operations Manager.
Any orders of product shipping from Europe are not allowed to be cancelled or returned (i.e. NO RETURNS) as these are considered Special Order materials.
Any orders shipping from a U.S. source are only allowed to be returned with prior written approval from ELM’s CEO or Operations Manager. No returns of product shipping from a U.S. source are allowed after 30 days from delivery and no returns are allowed on orders of less than 10 boxes of materials. The minimum amount of product that can be returned is 10 boxes, as originally packaged. All cancellations and returns that have been approved by ELM’s CEO or Operations Manager will be assessed a cancellation fee of 25%. Returns will also be charged all applicable freight charges to ship material back to the warehouse, which are in addition to the cancellation fee.
Additional charges may apply to add-on orders placed after the original order.
If you have any questions, please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative before approving your order.
